If you exercise in the morning:
Pre workout meal – Have your in between meal approximately 2 hours before exercise
Post workout meal – Have your breakfast meal within an hour after exercise
Lunch – approximately 3-5 hours after breakfast
Dinner -approximately 3-5 hours after lunch
If you exercise in the afternoon:
Breakfast – within an hour of waking up
Pre workout meal – Have your in between meal approximately 2 hours before exercise
Post workout meal – Have your lunch within an hour after exercise
Dinner – approximately 3-5 hours after lunch
If you exercise in the evening:
Breakfast – within an hour of waking up
In between meal – approximately 2-4 hours after breakfast
Pre workout meal – Have your lunch approximately 2-3 hours before exercise
Post workout meal – Have your dinner within an hour after exercise
