All our meals are fully cooked and are ready to reheat. Simply remove the label and microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on wattage). Do not remove the plastic film when reheating. After cooking be sure to let the meal stand for a couple minutes before removing the film.
We vacuum seal our meals, so they are safe for the freezer, but for best results we recommend refrigeration and to enjoy by the date located on the bottom of the meal.
We deliver during the day between the hours of 8AM and 6PM. We leave the meals at your door, so you do not need to be home. If you have questions on your order, please call us at 954.246.0240.
Yes! You may purchase meals from us at any time and may qualify for a partner discount. Ask your Customer Care Agent for details on packages.
Meals are shipped all together in an insulated cooler bag or shipper box with ice packs.
Eligibility is based on plan type and provider. Our experienced Customer Care Agents are available to assist you M-F 9AM to 7PM, and Saturdays 10AM to 2PM.
Your member ID or phone number should be enough to look you up in our database. Keep your Medicare membership card handy just in case.
We deliver to the entire state of Florida for a low flat rate of $12. Anywhere else carries a location-based surcharge. We deliver 7 days a week between the hours of 8am-5pm.
