Meet Our Dietitan

Lina Marquez

is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who has dedicated her career to improving nutrition and healthy lifestyles in at-risk populations.

Lina received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition as well as her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from Florida International University in Miami. Lina is also certified in Restaurant Menu Labeling by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, carries the Gluten-Free Dietitian certification by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, is ServSafe certified by the National Restaurant Association, and is registered with the International HACCP Alliance. Lina is fluent in English and Spanish.

We produce over 100,000 meals per day at our state-of-the-art 65,000-square-foot facility in Hollywood, FL.
