Our Story

DeliverLean Care is a division of DeliverLean, the largest gourmet grab-and-go meal provider in the Southeast.

DeliverLean Care was launched in 2020 to provide nutritious, medically-tailored meals specifically to members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. We partner with health insurance carriers to offer fresh meals that improve patient medical outcomes, lower healthcare readmissions, and extend independent living.

With over 15 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Michael has honed his craft working alongside some of the country’s most well-recognized chefs.
